Earl is a results-oriented, ‘hands-on’ management professional with the ability to drive operational excellence.  Over 20 years’ experience in project management, value chain development, agri-business, manufacturing, process & operational improvements & agriculture. 

Earl is a self-motivated analytical leader with over 20 years combined experience in operations management, project management, business development & sales strategy. He has worked across a myriad of sectors, bringing effective solutions to complex issues.  His experience spans, amongst others, project management & strategic development in several areas inclusive of: Manufacturing – streamlining workflows for increased efficiency; Project management – leading major projects & creating enormous cost savings by introducing new methods & thought processes; Agriculture – developing & implementing effective projects at community & national levels; Agro-Processing – process & efficiency improvement, work flow enhancement, standardization & development of strategic business plans &

implementation strategies; Business Development – creating functional departments to meet bottom line objectives.

Earl has a record of accomplishment of overseeing large projects which have delivered & surpassed outlined targets at or above targets & standards, on-time & within budget. He has overseen assignments spanning some 40 countries.  His core competencies include: Business Development, Operations Management, Quality Management & Project Management

Earl holds an MBA from Herriot Watt University, Edinburgh Business School & postgraduate certification in Project Management.  He also has certification in Strategic Planning, Economics, Organizational Behavior, Finance, Sales Force Management & Consumer Behaviour. He is a graduate of the College of Arts Science & Technology (now University of Technology) where was awarded a Credit Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
